Mozilla a leading company to provide a legendary internet brower Mozilla Firefox is now trying to let its user experience internet surfing on their cellphones with Firefox. In this project they have released so far developed piece of browser with the name Fennec.

Some exciting feature to reckon this version are :

  • Maximize content by auto-hiding controls and URL bar
  • Zoom in and out
  • Tabbed browsing with thumbnail images
  • Integrated Web search – built into the URL bar
  • Easy access to multiple search engines

An Emulator is available to check Fennec performance on your PC.

Fennec is in Alpha 1, and some features like extensions and Flash environment are disabled.

Plus this version is limited to Nokia N810 and  Internet Tablet running OS2008 only.
